Ramon Izquierdo Cordova received his M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics in Mexico. His master’s thesis focused on the problem of searching objects in structured environments using information obtained from Internet. Sponsored by the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT-Mexico), Ramon started his PhD research at University of Bristol under the supervision of Dr. Walterio Mayol-Cuevas in 2017. His areas of interest include Computer Vision, Mapping, Path Planning and Navigation.
